Hygiene is above average. The staff is caring and fast. We ordered 4 rounds of single ground meat. We drank three ayran and 1 water. The venue has different seating areas, you can sit wherever you want. Tour groups are coming. As for the taste, it has a slightly thicker dough than the pita dough I am used to. But it tastes good. But not enough to change my path and bring me to Yenipazar.

Actually, our intention was to go to Ünal pita, which we had been to before. When we went there, we saw that it was closed and the list of pita makers on duty in the window. We adjusted the navigation to zeybek pita on the list. We ordered pita, I preferred it with kashar, my wife and son preferred it with tahini, my daughter with minced meat. It was good with kashar. The combination of ground meat oil and butter made me feel heavy in this heat. Tahini is not to my taste. In my opinion, a small piece can be eaten as dessert after the meal, but I would definitely not choose it to fill my stomach. Overall we were well received, it was delicious for the price. 1 piece of kashar 1 minced meat 1 minced meat with kashar 2 tahini 3 cola (It is not nice when 1 large bottle of water arrives without asking and they add a ticket) We paid 123 ₺, it is considered reasonable. The case of the pita maker on duty is as follows: Some pita parlors have agreed on Thursdays, they have a holiday once a week, they hang a list of pita makers on duty in their windows, and they have holidays in rotation.

I highly recommend the pita with minced meat and herb cheese. It's a different pita, not like the Black Sea pita, but I liked it very much. The dough is crispy and thin, appealing to both the eyes and the stomach. You will also eat tahini pita for dessert. It is served with walnuts and pistachios. A unique taste of Yeni Pazar is waiting for you!!! So delicious...

Very friendly people. Various salads are available to accompany the different types of pide. My pide was called üçlü and as a side dish there was mixed salad, grilled onion and garlic cloves and green pointed peppers. I also ordered homemade yogurt. Soooo delicious!
